Why switch to a virtual business address?

Open & scan
We can open any letters and upload a scan of the contents for you to read online.
Mail forwarding
Forward any mail you receive at your business address to another location worldwide.
Send letters online
Upload documents for us to send on your behalf or send mass marketing campaigns.
Organise mail items
Use tags and folders to organise your digital mail scans.

Choosing an account mail plan
After choosing your address location, select a mail plan that best represents how much mail you expect to receive each month. Your options range from a pay-as-you-go option, where you only pay for the letters you receive, to all-inclusive high-usage plans.
How to update your registered office address
Switch from a PO Box address to a virtual business address by March to avoid having your company struck off the Companies House register.
Select from any location across the UK. You’ll be allocated an address in the city of your choice.
Choose a mail plan that matches your expected usage. If you’re not sure, select our pay-as-you-go option.
Under Money Laundering Regulations (MLR), we’re required to confirm your identity. Just upload the documents we need and we’ll handle the rest.
After we’ve assigned your business address, update the details stored on Companies House using GOV’s online tool or by completing the relevant form.
Through your account, you can manage your address and any business mail we receive for you. View scans, forward mail, send letters online, integrate with other platforms and more.
