Virtual address locations FAQs
Does it matter which address location I choose?
The main difference between each option is the address you receive after signing up. For example, if you select Liverpool, you will receive an address based on the physical location we operate from in Liverpool. However, please note that if you intend to use your address with a mail redirection service, you must select our Dorset, London North or London Central location.
Do all address locations include the same features?
The only difference is that the Dorset, London North and London Central locations can be also be used with a Royal Mail redirection service. Otherwise, every address comes with access to the same features in our platform, such as viewing mail scans, forwarding items and sending letters.
Can I visit my address in person?
CanYou cannot visit your virtual address in person. This is an entirely virtual solution, and through the features we have on offer, you should never have the need to visit your address.
Will you be offering any additional locations?
If you have a preferred location that isn’t available, please feel to contact us and let us know. We may consider adding additional virtual address locations if we see requests from our customers.
