At UK Postbox we can guarantee the safety of your mail. Safety and security are our utmost priority, resulting in our high level of protection for our customers.

We know it’s important to you. Here are a few things you should know:

• All scanned images are uploaded to your secure online account and, if required, we can send you an email to advise that you have new mail waiting.
• We DO NOT email any scanned images to an email address as emailed PDF files are at high risk. Everything will arrive directly into your UK Postbox account. We wouldn’t want to put your personal postal mail at risk.
• All postal mail is bar coded when it is received by us and entered into our computerised automated system. From this point we know where every item is and so do you through your online account.
• Our security-cleared staff only open envelopes when you request to have an item scanned for viewing in your online account.
• Items that you have requested to be shredded, recycled or forwarded will never be opened.
• The only exception to items being opened is parcels that are being forwarded outside the UK. These may need to be opened, checked and repacked subject to the terms of the carrier and postal services to a particular country. See terms and conditions
