When we receive mail we will scan the envelope and upload it to your secure online account. You can then choose to view the item, have it recycled, shredded or forwarded on to another UK address.

Mail forwarding

Forwarding mail can be expensive, especially when you live abroad and need to do it frequently. Save time, money and the environment by forwarding your mail through your UK Postbox account.

After viewing your envelopes online, simply decide what you would like done with each item – scanned for viewing, recycled, shredded or forwarded to another address.

If you decide to forward, select which mail you would like sent to someone else and confirm the postal address. Next select the level of service required – and leave the rest to us.
